Founder and transformation leader, Cassandra serves at the intersection of strategy and human insight -- influencing women to lead with confidence and build meaningful lives and careers that create impact at depth. Her philosophy is grounded in knowing that life and career alignment begins with your identity and awareness. Gaining clarity in these dimensions, connects your superpowers to opportunities and experiences that nurture fulfillment. This credence has guided her 20-year career across tech, product management, and B2B2C sales, and underpins her women-focused community, Growth Focus® Nation.

Path & Projects

• {2005} - Jump-started an interim career in tech sales for B2B and B2C, T-Mobile.
• {2007} - Completed Undergrad - Columbus State University, BBA Computer Information Systems.
• {2008-Present}
  • Leading a career in data and product management, driving enterprise initiatives for Fortune and Forbes-ranked organizations, including UnitedHealth Group, Moxie, T-Mobile, UPS Capital, and Verizon Wireless.
  • Serving as a corporate leadership coach to existing and emerging leaders.
• {2009-2010} - Keynote speaker + panelist at colleges including Kennesaw State University, and Armstrong Atlantic University on topics such as career development in the data, product, and & information technology fields, goal setting, accountability, and identity as the foundation for success.
• {2010-2012} - Served as a community outreach leader for Atlanta-based mega church, sharing life and spiritual principles to crowds of 50-100 at homeless facilities and local city park events; providing practical life tools and resources to men, women, and children across diverse backgrounds and living conditions.
• {2017-Present} - Launched 3 profitable businesses, i.e. commercial cleaning service - staff of 6, (c.2019), B2B product distribution of high-end beauty products for women of color (c.2021), and a lead generation and marketing agency for small businesses and solopreneurs (current).
• {2022-Present}
  • Produced, hosted, and participated as a key speaker for her own and others' online training summits, educating and supporting high-performing women in defining meaningful career paths and leveling up their execution.
  • Created and launched the online community Growth Focus® Nation, a powerful life & career networking hub for diverse, high-achieving women.
  • Leading the Growth Focus® Academy -- an online learning community and platform for women that have a desire to build a life, career, or business aligned with their purpose.
  • Authoring Substack articles; invoking conscious thought for product leaders.

More about Cassandra

Cassandra calls Georgia home where she's fulfilled in her roles as a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children. When she is not building digital product features, mentoring corporate professionals, or leading her online academy, she enjoys reading, writing, running marathons, both official and those of her own making, attending her daughters' sporting events, and taking on globe-trotting adventures with her family.
